Plasies breathe Life Science

Lewenswetenskappe Olimpiade 2016

Merensky High School was crowned the number 1 school in the 2016 National Schools Life Science Olympiad. The results are calculated with the marks of the top 10 participants in each school, and Merensky boast with a 81.8% average.  25 Plasies participated.

Plasieland’s Life Science learners achieved an average of 71.8% (the national average is 51.1%) with 9 gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze certificates. Marlu McLean was placed amongst the top 10 achievers in the country, with a 86% test mark.
