Merensky’s 1st rugby team were invited to the Blue Bulls Prestige Rugby Day at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Thursday, 3 March.

The boys experienced true rugby tradition in Blue Bull style when they enjoyed a tour of the stadium. Afterwards they described the visit to the Bulls cloak room as the highlight of the tour. The boys also rubbed shoulders with players of the Superugby team who acted as chaperones.

The Plasie team stood their ground against Pretoria Technical High School with a tie score, 20-20.
