Merensky High School is proud to finally announce the results of this year’s Computer Applications Olympiad. This annual competition was held between 4 and 10 May 2016.

This project is initiated by IT Professionals South Africa and underwritten by NetLearn (E-learning, the way forward).

The olympiad tests the application of logical thinking whilst using the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access and HTML.

Merensky learners did exceptionally well in this national competition. Two grade 12 learners namely Wikus van Kasterop and Michelle Stevens were placed first and second in Limpopo. Marlu McLean and Hanro Nieuwoudt (grade 11) both received a bronze medal.
